   When installing the clutch on a ZF6 equipped rig  (6.0L or 6.4L Ford Powerstroke) there are two ways to do it.  It can be a two-man vs transmission wrestling match with the input shaft putting up a fight the whole time, or you can grab and use an LT138 plastic clutch alignment tool. It's cost effective, built from tough polypropylene and perfectly matches the 1-3/8" 10-spline shaft and .980" pilot. 

      Just slide it through the clutch disc and pressure plate, line everything up dead-center on the flywheel, and the transmission slips right in smooth and easy on the first try. No more crossed fingers, no more scratched splines, and no more cussing in the garage.
