Tired of trying over and over again to keep your oil cooler clean?  Install this backflush valve and never have to dink with the access cover again!

Had an EGR cooler turn your system into a milkshake and don't want to risk your brand new oil cooler post-install after you've cleaned up the mess?  With this valve, you have the ability to stop coolant flow through the oil cooler on EGR deleted trucks. This means that when you are doing a flush, you can put the valve in the backflush position to prevent the loosened up crud in your cooling system from clogging up your still-perfectly-fine-or-now-new oil cooler. After the general cooling system flush has been completed, you can then backflush the oil cooler as the final step!
