         If you're looking for a set of custom tunes to maximize the performance and efficiency of your 6.0L, we offer a few different options. Whether you use the vehicle for work, towing, pavement pounding or a versatile mix of everything we have a package to meet your needs. The tune packages come with a 30 day "rewrite" guarantee.

c) E-mail your completed info request in to us (for stock injectors, list out the tunes you want)
d) We’ll e-mail you the custom tunes

              The HP/Torque gains shown for the tunes below are from dyno testing on a stock 6.0L running 4" turbo back exhaust. Given the variety of other possible mods/configurations, results will vary, but the dyno results shown will give you a good idea of typical HP/Torque gains at the wheel. 

              *** These tunes are not compatible with the following HP Tuners: 86000, 86100) - Based on our experience, we recommend the SCT line of tuners. 

STREET FILES

EXTREME  This tune will set your rig into beast mode. You'll love it.  
                    (recommended for studded trucks only) 

                               Max Power 447HP @ 3250rpm
                               Max Torque 796lb-ft @ 2600 RPM

SRL (SRL plus)   A little more action than the SRL tune. Simply adds boost over SRL for 10-15 more HP and 50-60 more FT/LBS of torque.    

                               Max Power 432HP @ 3300rpm
                               Max Torque 754lb-ft @ 2750 RPM

SRL (Street Race Lite)   Awesome daily driver file (not for towing) with butt kicking response, low smoke, and outrageous power. The best shifting all-around street file on the market period! Typical gains of 1-3 MPG have also been reported with this file.

                                Max Torque 731lb-ft @ 2675 RPM

SRL- (SRL minus) Same shifting of SRL series files, but the power level is down between SRL and 8k Tow files. It's a perfect “in between” daily file.

                                Max Torque 721lb-ft @ 2675 RPM

TOW FILES

8K Tow   This tow file is rated for 8000 pounds of towing without being studded. Studded trucks can tow 13000 pounds with this file.

                               Max Power 338HP @ 2925rpm
                               Max Torque 651lb-ft @ 2600 RPM

Unlimited Tow  Since this file maintains stock fuel parameters, it can tow whatever you want while giving better shift firmness than stock.

                              Max Power 299HP @ 3175rpm
                              Max Torque 518lb-ft @ 2400 RPM

Note:  A stock 5R110 can safely handle around 475HP, but the transmission is what delivers horsepower to the ground. That should be seriously considered as you add horsepower, especially if you tow heavy or push the vehicle hard. ( i.e. "Mr. Lead Foot") If you're running an automatic transmission and plan to add horsepower our 5R110 solenoid upgrade package is highly recommended.
